This will be a time to connect, to laugh, and to savor both the flavors of the island and the company of new friends.

Each night, we’ll celebrate with incredible musicians from Hawai‘i and beyond, immersing ourselves in the rhythms and melodies that bring our gatherings to life.For our opening evening, Susana Pineda and Nicolas Maldonado will offer a collaborative set — they craft improvisational soundscapes inspired by nature’s beauty, weaving vocals, saxophone, percussion, and electronics into immersive musical ecosystems. Rooted in the healing arts and transformative esoteric practices, and guided by the ancestral wisdom of our island landscape, each day we’ll gather for immersive activations and discussions—experiences designed to inspire reflection, expansion, connection, and personal evolution.Friday we’ll ease into the day with a gentle Qigong practice led by Farmer Dave Scher. Rooted in ancient Chinese wisdom, this moving meditation will help harmonize your breath, body, and energy—awakening vitality and grounding you into the present moment.
Afterwards, we’ll join Honey C Golden for a powerful transmission and activation, a remembrance of who we were and what Earth was like before the fall—and who we are becoming as we return to the original divine blueprint.
We’ll explore the ancient story of Earth’s descent into distortion and polarity, and how we are now living through a time of planetary ascension—where the old templates have dissolved and we are free to dream the new world into being.

Guided by Chanelle Kanani—a practitioner deeply rooted in the wisdom of aloha—this ceremonial offering invites you into a space of breath, prayer, and presence.We’ll begin with ha (breath) and pule (prayer), offering gratitude to Ke Akua (Creator), ‘Aumākua (spirit guides), and Kūpuna (ancestors), and asking for guidance and protection for all who are called to attend. Oracle cards will help us attune to personal and collective intentions, while the gentle sounds of ukulele and original mele (songs) will ground and soothe us.
Through the use of paʻakai (sea salt), wai (water), and kī (ti leaf), we’ll participate in clearing and cleansing rituals—anchoring into the elemental forces of the ʻāina (land). Gentle stretches will awaken the body (kino), and we’ll explore simple yet powerful Lomi Lomi techniques to give and receive healing touch. These practices are shared with the intention of nurturing ‘ohana (family) and restoring harmony through mālama (care) and presence.
Active listening tools will also be introduced to cultivate safe, heart-centered connection—both in word and in silence. We’ll close our shared journey with reflection, journaling, and pule, honoring the sacred within and around us.

Farmer Dave Scher is a California-based musician, composer, therapist, and sound healer renowned for his pioneering contributions to the music, surf, art, and wellness communities. A gifted multi-instrumentalist, he has collaborated with a wide range of artists including Elvis Costello, Interpol, Kurt Vile, Animal Collective, and Jenny Lewis. His signature lap steel guitar, keyboard, and melodica stylings have been foundational to bands such as Beachwood Sparks, All Night Radio, and The Skiffle Players.
Currently, he leads Farmer Dave & the Wizards of the West (FDWOW), a cosmic West Coast soul collective celebrated for its lush soundscapes and transformative live performances.
In addition to his musical path, Farmer Dave is a dedicated practitioner of Qigong—an ancient Chinese art of movement, breath, and meditation supporting health and spiritual vitality. This devotion reflects his broader commitment to holistic well-being and the integration of mind, body, and spirit.
Farmer Dave also serves as an associate therapist at Heart Theory, supporting clients through a holistic lens. He facilitates surf therapy with Hydro Theory and Waves of Grief and is a certified holographic sound healing practitioner, trained under Dr. Paul Hubbert. His wellness work includes crafting “cellular wellness music” using binaural beats, isochronic tones, brainwave entrainment, ambient electronics, nature sounds, and healing harmonics.
His offerings—whether in concerts, sound baths, or ceremonial settings—embody a bridge between contemporary music and sacred traditions. Through his multidisciplinary approach, Farmer Dave invites others into deepened states of harmony, connection, and inner transformation.

Simplicity is part of the magic of island life. Remember to leave room in your suitcase for any gems you pick up from the magical makers you’ll meet in the Mountain Medicine marketplace.
June is a beautiful time to visit Kaua’i with highs around 83°F (28°C) and lows around 74°F (23°C). It is generally a drier month with lower chances of rain compared to the winter months.
Clothing & General Needs:
1. Lightweight clothing for warm weather with breathable fabrics like shorts, T-shirts, and sundresses.
2. Swimwear & beach towel for enjoying Kaua‘i’s stunning beaches and ocean adventures.
3. Sandals and/or comfortable shoes for exploring or hiking.
4. A sun hat – and if you use it, sun protection that does not include chemicals such as oxybenzone and octinoxate (which are banned in Hawai’i and not good for us anyway!) – we recommend Living Libations if you’re looking for a holistic brand.
5. Light layers – evenings can be cooler, so bring a light jacket or sweater.
6. Toiletries and personal care items.
7. Portable phone charger to ensure your devices stay powered.
8. A camera if desired.
9. Daypack or beach bag for any hikes, or beach outings.
10. Rain jacket, poncho or umbrella – just in case of unexpected showers.
11. Notebook & pen for journaling or sketching.
12. A pillow or sheepskin to sit on
DIY Camping Needs:
1. Tent and stakes if needed for comfort and shelter. Here are some local rental options if preferable: Kaua’i Camping Gear, Pitch a Tent Kaua’i.
2. A lightweight sleeping bag &/or blankets + pillow.
3. Lighting – a headlamp or flashlight and anything you’d like for your space such as solar fairy lights or a solar lantern, etc.
4. Reusable water bottle.
5. Travel mug, plate, bowl & utensils – for coffee, tea, and meals.
6. Cooler & ice packs – if bringing perishable snacks or drinks.
7. Any snacks or breakfast items you prefer – lunch & dinner are family style, breakfast is BYO.
8. Biodegradable soap & sponge if needed, for easy cleanup.
9. Towel & washcloth.

Our Kaua’i home for the weekend will be near Kalalea Mountain and Anahola.Lihue Airport is the primary airport on the Island of Kauai and our location is about 25 minutes away.
If you prefer a direct flight to Kauai, several airports offer non-stop service to Lihue Airport:

Camping is DIY (please read our ‘what to pack’ section above) and spaces are first come, however there is plenty of space for everyone
Showers, bathrooms and potable water will be available on site for campers
Everyone is invited to arrive, set up camp and settle in from 12 noon on Thursday, June 5th
Camping is welcome but optional, if you prefer to stay nearby in an airbnb and join us for the day + evening activations please select the appropriate ticket.
